Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal for contracts concerning the delivery of goods, subject to the following provisions.
Excluded are products individually manufactured for you (Print-on-Demand) – in this case, no right of withdrawal exists (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods
– that are not pre-manufactured and
– for which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or
– that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This applies to all products in our shop, as they are individually produced for you.
If, out of goodwill or due to an error, we grant you a right of withdrawal, the following applies:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day you or a third party named by you received the goods.
In these exceptional cases, we will of course bear the return costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after inspection.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (

) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Note: Since our products are individually manufactured on demand (Print-on-Demand), no general right of withdrawal applies. The following provisions only apply in the exceptional case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you (including delivery costs, except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction – unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
